The high rate of population growth and the uneven distribution and age structure of the population are still the main problems facing developing countries, including Indonesia. A large population without being accompanied by good quality human resources complicates efforts to increase and distribute people's welfare. One of the efforts to overcome the population problem is to participate in the Family Planning (KB) program. The higher the population growth, the greater the effort needed to maintain the level of people's welfare. This family planning program is intended to assist couples and individuals in achieving quality reproductive health goals. In addition, this program can reduce the rate/rate of maternal, infant and child mortality as well as overcome reproductive health problems in order to build quality small families, and to prepare life in supporting efforts to improve the quality of future generations. In the implementation of this community service, it was held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, where the target was for the existing couples to visit the Secang Health Center by being given family planning education so that they hoped that the couples would be able to understand the family planning program for the welfare of mothers and babies.
